Hi, Feb. 10th or Feb. 12 is suggested. According to the latest news, it will be closed in the afternoon of Mondays, including Feb. 11. Thus the opening time on Feb. 11 is from 08:30 to 12:00. For the other two days, the opening time is from 08:30 to 16:30.
