Good day, I am an Ukrainian passport holder, currently living in China, I would like to going to Taiwan next months for a 2 weeks vocation with my boyfriend( taiwanese passport holder) please advice how and where i can apply for Taiwan visa, ( we tried in hk and they say hong kong cant help with Ukrainian passport ..) thank you in advance for yours assistance,
