You need go to the appointed Veterinary Hospital to have the quarantine inspection for your puppy at least one week in advance. Then you can get a proof which shows that your puppy has had the Rabies vaccine immune.

Right before leaving, you need go to the airport Quarantine and Inspection Center to get an Animal Healthy Certificate by showing the proof you got at the Veterinary Hospital or relevant places.

You also need a special cage for your puppy. The cage can be got from your airlines. Then you need reserve animal place for your puppy from your airline at least three days ahead to make sure your puppy will be transport in the same flight with you.

To handle the relevant things of puppy transport, you need get to the airport at least three hours in advance.
