About:Taiwan Weather

If I'm planning to go March 1-20, would I be able to enjoy the beaches and the sun in Penghu?

Hi, during that time, it is generally fine with pleasant sunshine. You can enjoy the scenery on the beach, but it is still a little cold for swimming or surfing.
