What status "collection" mean? My Tracking Number is RB195269433CN

It means that the local post office is gathering all kinds of parcels.
I think the status of your parcel now is dispatching.

what does this mean? is it in SG already or still in Guangzhou? I read from other sites that collection means it at SG local post office.
