How do file for divorce for marriage registered in china?

I registered marriage with S'porean man in Fujian, China. I am now a S'pore citizen and I have given up my China citizenship. What are some ways I can file for divorce? Do I file for divorce in China or S'pore?

If you are now S'pore citizen, you need to do this in Singapore.
