when is the right time for application?

Hi im an Australian resident but i hold a Nepalese passport..just need to know when is the right time to apply for Visa as i have already got ticket for march and im only going to stay in HK for 1 week...

You can start your application now. The processing of HK visa takes about 4 weeks if approval by HK Immigration department is necessary.
