About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

@To Get Tourist Visa (L) requires to show Air tickets booking (round trip) and hotel reservations.

Hi my question is that my wife and i would be travelling to China in August for sight seeing/tourism. We have purchased tickets already. We would be flying to Beijing from UK and returning to UK from Hong Kong. My question is that as Hong Kong is SAR and not part of mainland China. So eventhough i am flying back to the UK from Hong Kong and not from mainland China, would that be classed as a round trip for my Tourist visa (L) application requirement? Kindly please anyone answer this question. Many thanks...
