About:Facilities & Services in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Lost & Found in Beijing airport

Is there a way to contact the Lost & Found other than by telephone? I left a blue, black, and gold mask in a bathroom in (I think) Terminal 3, and I can't do international phone calls. Email would be perfect.

I did not find any email of the lost and found service. It seems that they only have phone service.
