do you have to fill every question on the visa form?

The visa form ask for previous nationalities and current workplace details do we have to provide every single details? also if you're going with a tour and your not sure where you will be staying in china what address and contact number do we need to provide

Hi, the form should be completed filled, but if you have no proper answer to any items, just put N/A there. If you visit with a tour, then you can confirm the address and contact with your travel agency.
