When should I apply and is it hard to get China visa?

Hi, I am Indonesian who live in Manila, Philippines. I plan to go to Shanghai with my husband on March 26th until April 6th 2013. Can I still go around China, like to go to Beijing or Guangzhou (dont know yet where a good place to visit on this period) with this visa. Thank you very much for attention.

You should apply for the visa about one month ahead of your departure. Yeah, you can travel to anywhere in mainland China with it, except for Tibet.
