How do I get from Suzhou to Huangshan or from Suzhou to Hangzhou,

I am very confuse and I need help to clarify some things. I would be in Suzhou the first week of April, then I would like to visit the Yellow Mountain in HS, I will travel by train.

1st question: Is there a direct train from Suzhou to Huangshan, if so how many hours it takes and where in Suzhou do I board it?

2nd question: I read in different websites that the only way from Suzhou to Huangshan was to take a train from Suzhou to Hangzhou and then from Hangzhou a bus that takes about 3 hrs? is this true?

3rd question: how far(time) is yellow mountain from Xidi and Hongcun Town, how far are the two towns from each other?

What is the weather like in the beginning of April in yellow mountain, good or bad visibility?
