You need to have the bechelor confirmation notarized by the local Notary Public and then authenticated by the Chinese emabssy in Malaysia before post it to your son.

Thanks for the prompt reply.
I am going to get the bachelor confirmation done at Putrajaya and I believe it will be in Bahasa Malaysia. I understand that I have to get it translated to Mandarin before authenticated by the Chinese Embassy in Malaysia. Where can I get it translated and how many days to process.
You mentioned bachelor confirmation notarised by Notary Public. Is Commissioner of Oath (Pesuruhjaya Sumpah) Notary Public? If not, where can I approach Notary Public?

My son is still working in China, so I am helping him to get it done in Malaysia.
Thank you.

You should consult the Chinese embassy about the rigth place for the translation.

Yes, I think you should notarize it at the Commissioner of Oath (Pesuruhjaya Sumpah) Notary Public.

If I go to Putrajaya in the morning to process the application for Confirmation of Bachelor. May I know whether China Embassy in KL is open in the afternoon for me to notarized and authenticate the document.

The Office Hours of the consular office is 9:00am-11:30am. I'm afraid you can't do that in the afternoon.

No, it is only opened Monday-Friday. The address is 1st Floor, Plaza OSK, 25 Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, but not sure about the nearest LRT station.
