Able to re-enter after overstaying previous?

I visited China Guangzhou as a tourist in November 2012. I unintentionally overstayed for a few days. I went to turn myself in at the exit & entry bureau and was asked by the local Chinese authority to state my reason of overstay on a paper. I was subsequently given a warning without fine and applied for exit permit. I was given a 14 days extension but left on the day i received my permit.

May i know if i am debarred from entering China again? I intend to visit again in January for 10 days. Appreciate if advise can be given.
