maglev train from longyang to pudong

hello !!
how do i buy the ticket ?
can the office speak english ? or just speak chinese ?

You can buy the ticket at Longyang Subway Station. It is easy to find the ticket office inside the station according to the land signs. There are English signs. The office may understand some simple English. Do not worry much about the language.
