we are arriving at beijing @ 13:30 on the 3 july and leaving @15:25 on the 6th July, do we need visa

The info says that from the moment that visitors get their "transist Visa" when does this occur?
will we be within the 72 hour time frame? if we leave using the above time frame?

Hi, the 72 hours counted from the moment you get the transit permit. So, probably you can enjoy this policy.
