how can i get a hongkong visa from mainland china

hello am currently living in china, I have a Ugandan passport and a student's visa with residence permit expiring at the end of January, I would like to know how and where to get a visa to Hongkong, what are the different kinds of visas available, what are the requirements for getting the visa and how long can it take to get it?
