Can anyone tell me if im in Shenzhen and Guanzhou can i use Hong kong prepaid card.

It depends. Which company does you card belong to? I head that a card named "Ru Yi Tong" by China Unicom can be used in HK and the mainland, including Shenzhen and Guangzhou. You have two numbers for one card. One is used in mainland and the other is used in HK. Is your card that kind?
