Buying train tickets at ticket office

Hi there, I live in the Yubei district of Chongqing and I would like to buy a trian thicket from Shenzhen to Hong Kong and Beijing to the city I am living in.
Is there a ticket office in the city, because I don't want to use my card online or over the phone. Many Thanks.
