About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Do I need a Visa to stay in Hong Kong?

I'll be in HK for 4 nights only and then fly on to Australia. I intend to only visit HK, not any other part of China.

With UK passport, you are exempted from visa to HK for 180 days. So just show the immigration officers your passport and onward ticket to Australia.
