Can we get China visa while we are in visit pass at Singapore?

I have EP pass at Singapore and my wife came to Singapore for visit. I plan to to go china for an official trip ( I have china visa ). Is it possible to bring my wife with me? Can I apply china one at Singapore for her even she is in visit pass?

I am afraid not if she only has visit pass. You can contact the embassy consular office directly for further information.
