Which train station in Beijing is closest to the local capital Airport? And if I am going to Peking, which train station would I be leaving Jinan from? Also, from Shandong University(central campus) around how much will be charged for the trip to the train station?

Beijing Railway Station is closest to the capital airport, but most trains from JN to Beijing arrives at Beijing South Railway Station, especially the high speed trains. You can go to JN West Railway Station to catch the high speed train.  There is no direct bus from the university to the west railway station. Taxi is a good option. It costs around CNY60.
