About:China Visa on Arrival

Do I need visa to Hongkong if travel from Singapore?

Hi I am Indonesian would like to go to Hongkong. Do I need to apply visa if I fly from other country such as Singapore? And if when I already in Hongkong and would like to travel to other part of China ( Hainan ) can I just apply VOA at Hainan. Please advise n thanks

No visa is required, but if you want to visit Hainan, you are suggested to apply for a Chinese tourist visa in advance in Singapore or Indonesia. Because you may refused to board the plane without valid visa.
