About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Applying for the Chinese visa from Hong Kong

Hi,

I am holder of Serbian passport ( country in Europe ), my husband is Indian and he holds Indian passport. I got the job offer to come to China and work as a teacher. From the school they say to come to HK, and from there to apply for business F, they promised to help to get same visa from my husband but now I am thinking will it be difficult as I saw this information on the site. Can you please guide us will be any kind of trouble for both of us. We are married and have the international marriage certificate. Thanks.

So, both you can your husband will apply for work visa to China? to apply in HK for a F is not recommended as it is not the right procedure to work in China. You'd better ask for relavant documents from the company and apply for a Z directly in advance.
