visa for seaman

I am a sailor who is going to be sign off from chinese port and flight to lithuania. Do i need to obtained for visa and how fast it can be done?

You need to apply for it in advance. Regular processing takes 4 working days from Chinese embassy or consulate general. You can request rush service if necessary.
