Travelling from the US to Hongkong and Beijing

My husband & I are travelling from the US to Hongkong for 2 days. From Hongkong, we plan to take a train or fly to Beijing and will stay there for 4 days to see some tourist spots and return to the US. My husband is a US citizen and I am a US resident holding a Philippine passport. Do we need a visa to go to Beijing and if so, what are the requirements? Is my fee going to be considered as a citizen of another country?

Yes, you both need to apply for tourist visa in advance in US. Documents needed are your passport, application form (you need to fill both the application form and supplementary form with Philippine passport), photo, round-trip ticket and hotel reservation in China. You fee is different from US as other country.
