About:Shenyang International Ice and Snow Festival

What are the dates that the festival will be open for 2013. I will be there Feb 9 to Feb 22 2013.

Hi, it will start on 5th, Jan. 2013 and last for a month. But actually all the activities will not end until the end of Feb. Thus you can still enjoy yourself during your travel.
