Hi, take a D train from Dongguan to Shenzhen, which will cost you about 40 min. Then go to Macau by ferry which will take you about 1 hour, for the schedules, you may check this page: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/cityguides/guangdong/shenzhen/airport-shuttle-hongkong.htm#50
