f visa extension for 3 more months

How do we extend an F Visa for 3 more months (currently we are at the end of a one month F). And how much does it cost and what is the procedure?On a Spanish passport.

For extension, you need an official letter from the company with which you are doing business, and copy of their business license, your passport, valid visa and foreigner temporary residence form and application form with photo. BTW, you should prepare related proof materials for extension. Submit the application to the local PSB on their working days, and better go together with a Chinese as a translator if possible.
