About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

can we go to Guangzhou City with travel visa of Macau for business?

or would we require business visa to visit for business purpose?
Also what is the distance between Macau to Guangzhou City, Macau to shanghai and Macau to Beijing?

You should apply for a China F visa for you business trip to Guangzhou. From Gongbei port, it takes about 2.5 hours to Guangzhou by bus. No bus to Shanghai and Beijing from Macau, and its takes about 3 hours to Beijing and 2.5 hours to Shanghai by air.
