We r going to Taipei on 8/4 - 12/4/2013. how's the weather during this period?

Generally, the average will range from 21C to 27C during that time. And the past weather records show that it may rain frequently then as well. Therefore, I suggest you take along relatively thick shirt, jacket and jeans as well as rainy gear.
