About:China Visa Exemption

I am travelling from Singapore to Guangzhou- Urumqi - Dushanbe, do I need visa?

My stay in Guangzhou and Urumqi is less than 7 hours, and my concern is do I need visa if I take domestic flight ?

Do you mean you just transit in Guangzhou and Urumqi with ticket for an international flight? If yes, visa is not required if you will only stopover for less than 7 hours. This is not counted as domestic flight.
