About:Hong Kong MTR - East Rail Line

i am going from shenzhen to central station in hk to see the midlevel escalators

May I know whether there is a need to change mtr? Also may i know if it is possible for a wheel chair user to go up the midlevel escalator? IF we are only in hk for the day is it worth it to get the octopus card?

If you are in Shenzhen, I think you need to pass the port to reach HK. You can take the Shenzhen subway to take Luohu Port. After you pass the port, you can take the East Rail Line from Lo Wu to reach Kowloon Tong and then change to Kwun Tong Line to reach Prince Edward where you can change to Tsuen Wan Line to reach Central. Then you can go to the Midlevel Escalators.
It is possible for a wheel chair user to go up it.
It is worth to get a octopus cards, because you need to take the local mtr. The card will be cheap. When you are leaving HK, you can refund it.

The best way is to take the shuttle bus to reach local railway station which is close to Laojie and then take a cab to reach your hotel. If you take taxi directly from airport, the fare is around 150 RMB. It is not by the meter. If you take cab from railway station, the taxi fare is around 20 to 30 RMB. It is by the meters.
There is a special octopus card called Hu Tong Xing. If you buy this kind of card, you can use it in SZ, otherwise, it cannot be used.
You do not ned to buy three tickets, since you just transfer in the MTR. You just input the starting station and the terminal, one ticket can be printed for you for the whole journey.
For the whole journey, you will cost about 115 HK$ if you buy a octopus card.
Hope these information can help you.

For the first question, I think the best time for shopping is on weekends. It is suggested you to visit the two attractions on Friday, since there may less people there than on weekends.
It is hard for you to see both night shows in one night. Once you get out of the attration, your ticket cannot be used any more. As far as I concern, you can plan a whole day for either of them, so that you can enjoy every corner of them and can see the shows in one park.
If you want to change small note, any branch of Bank of China is a good choice for you.
The Mixc is not very far from Dongmen, which is located on Baoan South Road. The best way to find it is to ask the local people. It is more easier to find it. For the Zhengongfu, it is on the second floor of Section B of Nantang Shopping Mall on Dongmen Pedestrain.
For the bridal session, I am not familiar with it, for it is not a custom for Chinese people. Do you mean where to find the place to take the photos near Dongmen?
