What is the best way to get from mid level escalators to the Peak by bus?

Well, walk east for about 5 minutes to Central and take Bus 5. Get off at the peak. It takes about 40 minutes and over 10HKD.0

You may either take taxi or the Peak Tram, but both these options are much more expensive than by taking bus.0
