About:Hong Kong Ding Ding Tram

afternoon or night for mid level escalator, Hong Kong?

is it more feasible to visit during the noon or night if i also plan to go to the mid level escalator area to walk about?

I'd recommend you experience that at night. Its operating hours for the going-up direction are from 10:00 to 00:00. Around noon, there may be crowds, while at night, you can have much fun and freely walk about.
