About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Me and 2 sons will be joining my seafarer husband on an Asian Cruise this Dec 21, 2012 in Hongkong.

This is from Hongkong to Singapore cruise. On the 24th the ship will be in Sanya ( Hainan ) China from 12 noon and will leave 8 PM, do we still need a Transit Visa (G) for this? Thank you.
