Passport expired in china (seafarer)
My name is ashish sahu working as 3rd off in vessel Golden Eagle II currently at Dongying port,
My passport will expire on 15.05.2023 so is it possible PSB china provide me to emergency visa to go back to India only through Indian consulate.
plz reply asap as a seafarer i,m feeling very depressed because I've been onboard for 9 months.
