About:Changbai Mountain

From Jilin city to Changbaishan

i want to travel by myself? The local travel agencies don't have tours this time of the year. What is the fastest way to come there by train? Could I go to Antu and then take a bus from there, are there any buses and what time of the day?

Hi, that is right. You can catch a train from Jilin to Antu first. Then go to the local bus station to take a direct bus to Erdao Baihe in about 2h or longer. After that, the Scenic Area is only within 20min driving distance from Erdao Baihe.
The buses from Antu to Erdao Bqihe are on schedule from 05:30 to 16:00.
