visa requirements for medical treatment in China

I am a resident of kuwait and wanting to go for urgent medical treatment. My passport is only valid for 4 months, but i wanted to schedule the treatment before the chinese new year when the clinic is closed. The treatment is 30-40 days, is it possible to get a visit visa to get the medical care i wanted ? My new passport will not be back in time to have the treatment before the chinese new year. Thanks

Dear Daniel, according to the Chinese visa regulation, passport should be valid for at least 6 months. So, you'd better turn to the embassy for your enquiry directly in this special situation.
