How to get a Brazilian visa for chinese citizen

I am a Hong Kong citizen holding the passport from HKSAR Government. Do I need a visa? I would like to make a business trip with my friend who is a chinese citizen. How to get one for her? Thanks

You are not required visa for up to 90 days, but for your friend, she need to apply for a visa in advance from the embassy in China. She can apply through a travel agency if necessary.

If the chinese citizen has registered a company in Hong Kong and is it possible to apply the business visa from its Embassy in Hong Kong?

Personally, I think it is ok if she has HK ID, but better contact the embassy for further confirmation.
