should the bank cert be under my name(i dont have any bank account) or my parents' ?

You can use your parent's, but you'd better ask your parents to write an sponsorship letter to you.0

I will be using business visa . I have an invitation letter from a school(with the school's stamp/seal) in China for a teaching practicum and training for less than 6 months. Do i need to provide the BIR-Stamped income tax return form and recent 6 months bank statement and original bank receipt ?0
