Different Enter & Exit Airport

I'm from Malaysia, plan to visit Shanghai on 29/12/2012 & travel to Beijing on 1/1/2013 by high-speed train-G & go back to Malaysia on 6/1/2013.

Is it permissible to enter & exit from different airport? Is it still consider as single-entry visa?

Thanks.

It is single entry if only you enter mainland China only once, even if you visit many other cities in mainland China, and leave from another city.

Thanks.

Which address of my place of stay should I fill for Visa application?

Is it according to the longest period of stay?

Like I will stay longer in Beijing than Shanghai.

I find that there are four blanks in the form for you to fill your living addresses in China. I'm wondering have you had the right form in hand?

Hi, sorry for that. I entered the form online & didn't notice it can add few address.

Will amend the form, print it & bring to the China embassy in KL tomorrow.

By the way, I plan to travel from Shanghai to Beijing via the high speed train G. Can I buy the ticket when I arrive in Shanghai on 10/12 for 11/12 trip? Do you think the ticket will be sold out for next day ticket purchase
