What is the best way to travel between these two places? if there is a train how long is the trip and about how much is the cost? if i can only get there by air, approx how much would be the airfare ticket?

Well, there is no direct train between the two destinations, so if you also wanna take trains, Yingtan and Zhuzhou can be the best transfer spots. The whole journey takes about 23-24h and costs CNY180-200. If you plan to go for the journey by air, also no direct flight flies between the two places. Hefei can be the transfer spot. You may need pay CNY2,000 or around for the whole journey.
