China Telecom has many sorts of transaction. Which one do you prefer? Well, generally, if you choose the one with the basic service fee of CNY30 every one month, if you dial the international cal beyong 20min, you need pay CNY1.96 per minute. For common transaction, the outgoing fee is CNY3.86 per min and incoming fee is CNY5.86 per min. The national roaming fee is CNY0.05 per KB.
