holidayand transport chartering in heilongjiang

My friends & I intend to stopover for 1 day in Heilongjiang city before going to Clubmed Yabuli in mid-Dec. Would like to know what are the activities and places they can go during the 1 day stay? On the return trip, we'lll also be stopping by another day in Heilongjiang city. In addition, what are the rates for chartering transport between Heilongjiang and Clubmed Yabuli? We need transport for 8 pax from Heilongjiang hotel (tbc) to Clubmed Yabuli and transport for 13 pax from Clubmed to Heilongjiang Hotel.

Well, Helongjiang is a province instead of a city, so it is hard for me to tell you some places to visit there? Do you have to stay overnight at Harbin or Mudanjiang?
