chartering a car from Lijiang to Shangari la for one way

Stopping by Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, Tiger Leaping Gorge, Stone Drum and the First Bend of the Yangtze River. Is it possible to book at Lijiang on the day of arrival? Also, how much does it cost?

Of course you can hire a car, as I know, the fare is CNY 1,400 to 1,800 in general.
