About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

If I hold a US passport and is born in US, can I apply for a Hong Kong Home Returning Card?

I had a Hong Kong Permanent ID and a US Passport, can I apply for a Hong Kong Home Returning Card which allows me to have multiple entry to China?

I am afraid that you are not eligible to apply for the Home Return Card to China. Anyway, you can contact CTS hk for more details.
