russian tourist's visa from hanoi?

Hello, I'm russian student in Vietnam. i would like to go to China on a tourist visa from Hanoi. So could you please tell me how to obtain the visa. And what should i do to get one?thank you for your answer.

Hi, you can apply Chinese in Hamoi if you are studying there. Documents needed are your passport, application form, photo, Vietnam visa/residence permit, roun-trip ticket and hotel bookings in China. If you travel with a travel agency, invitation letter form them is required.
