English assistance at the train stations

Hi,

I will need to take train from Hangzhou to Danyang. Kindly let me know if all the trains will have the destination names also in English letters? How to identify the trains (only by train number?) and how to identify from which platform in the train station the train will start to Danyang and will there be any English assistance available at the train stations? Thank you.

Hi, dear. I never take the train from HZ to Danyang. But I know most of the train has English voice to remind passengers of the stops. You can identify the train by number. There will be landsigns leading you to find the right platform of the each train. Some train station staff may understand some English. You may ask them for help.
