What is the travelling time from Changsha to Zhangjiajie. Is there any train available?

There are direct trains between them. It generally takes about 5~5.5 hours.0

I notice you are from Singapore, me too. I just got back from there(ZJJ). I traveled from by flying to Guangzhou(Tiger Airlines), then took a night train from Guangzhou to ZJJ, 11 hours, get a sleeper, very comfortable. Get the ticket from Guangzhou Central Railway station, I believe cost 544 yuan.( The rate was revised 1 Jan 2013). Arrive ZJJ early morning.
